Hi, I’m Harry Wall, a certified personal trainer with qualifications in Fitness (Certificates III & IV), a Diploma in Sport Development, and Certificates III & IV in Sport and Recreation. I’ve developed my training approach with a focus on practical, evidence-based methods that help people achieve real results without extremes. My experience working in fitness has taught me the importance of setting realistic, achievable goals that fit into the demands of everyday life, especially for those looking to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
